Morning session- Karen Cappa will lead a gentle Restorative Yoga and mindfulness practice followed by a walk around the Labyrinth.
Delicious gourmet lunch is served.
Afternoon session- Amazing sound healing journey with Rene’ & Janay will be providing nourishing sounds to clear & call-in energies for insight & support.
